Hamed Ghashghavi (born April 23, 1989) is: a Quadrilingual Researcher of North American and European Studies, an International Conference Organizer, a Columnist, a Teacher of National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (NODET), a Biographer, an Interpreter, an Assistant of Documentary Filmmakers and a Tour Guide based in Tehran.

On February 13. 2019, when he was the New Horizon Organization's Secretary for International Affairs, Hamed Ghashghavi was named a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (people acting on behalf of a targeted country) pursuant to E.O. 13224 (by the US Treasury Department’s office of Foreign Assets Control), becoming Iran's youngest US sanctioned person.
